Damast,
the Carl Eickhorn triple oval mark is known to be found on Eickhorn weapons and is not known to be shown in catalogs or advertisements.
Carter's book notes there are many variations of Carl Eickhorn oval marks with some found on weapons, some found in catalogs, and some found in advertisements.

Above post is a prime example of disinformation. The poster when making these types of comments should be saying this: (In my limited experiences ) or (from my limited archive) and ( from what I can find on the internet) Or at the very least NOT KNOWN TO ME!
While it is good to see your posting regularity you must keep to the facts or at least say (from what I know)
You seem to mention Carters book in your posts. You do understand the book is very much incomplete? You do understand it needed to updating before it was printed? If you need this to be confirmed by someone besides me please e-mail the person you name drop all the time as he will confirm this. As for the people you name drop all of the time ask them if they have come to me for research help.
The Carter book is a must have but does need updating and Henning (name droppng) is very much aware of this..
Facts: Not a uneducated opinion..
The Eickhorn triple ( stamped ) trademark was used as early as 1929.
The Eickhorn triple oval trademark is found in period publication advertisements and catalogs from the 1930s (if you have not found them your research sources need to expand)
My sources are: period Solingen trade magazines , factory invoices, correspondence, documents and period printed catalogs.
Please list your sources for this comment Quoted below.. The part about ( and is not known to be shown in catalogs or advertisements.)
