Good day, how rare are the EK 2 parade mount round 3's? Thanks Dutchman.

The EK2 Round 3 examples have been attributed to Deschler as the manufacturer and are highly prized by EK collectors.
I'm not sure if the parade mount for this cross makes it more rare than the standard.

Posted for sale on another forum is an EK2 Round 3 with Deschler addressed blue packet and tan tissue paper along with a mint piece of ribbon folded twice.
Asking price is 450 euros.
As this is a packet set, I would think the value is more than the parade mount...what the difference is, I'm not sure.
