One would think this frog would spark at least a few responses. I have been to a lot of military shows to include the SOS and Ohio show, but can not remember seeing one of these before, and I look at a lot of German bayonets.
It is a odd looking frog, I am sure someone has seen one before, or knows the story of it.

Looks like someone took an Afrika Korps tropical frog and replaced the lower portion with leather.
