Paul Weyersberg and E. & F. Horster Luftwaffe swords. Horster is signal school marked. and has signals shoulder boards (still need a match pair of signals collars!)

Here is a humble translation, hope it helps a bit. Regards Gerd
The barracks were handed over to the Luftwaffe in 1936 and named after the fighter pilot Oswald Boelcke. The final name '' Luftnachrichtenschule '' was given in 1940. They trained Bordfunkers and ground radio operators ( Anti aircraft). The highest capacity of 148 training soldiers were reached in September 1942. Between 1942 to 1944, soldiers from the Romanian Air Force were also trained. At the end of August 1944, the training operations were stopped and the school was dissolved.

i I tried finding something to translate that or a translation of the article but no luck. From what I gather the first part of the article is about the communications school but the last half in about the concentration camp located near there.
