Rats Auction house has been wanting to liquidate my rings.. Not wanting to send to Germany they suggested the U.S auction.. I know they would bring the most in the German auction..

SO,, they will be at the MAX and said I could hand over to them there.. So far these are just some that will move out. I will try and sell at the MAX and at the end of show give them the rest..

I offer them here but a warning to those not in the U.S.: I can guarantee 100% they would leave the U.S. and arrive in your country. . But whether you get them after that I can Not guarantee!

IN U.S. orders are simple and I'd even pay shipping. They are not cheap,,some I've have for 30+ years.. IF interested my emails in my profile... I will pick more in the following weeks..

Mikee,, I retired from collecting some years ago.. Unless its something really weird or something I never had then I would buy for a while.. But having a few hundred rings whats the family to do when I',m 6 ft under.. My son maybe wants a skull ring and my grandsons also a skull each.. Other than that my twin daughters and their daughters get the vintage Barbies!!



SO,,I'm going to keep about 50 rings...

Oh yeah,,had a question about the Danzig ring.. It is very high quality. Probably early wartime or pre.... Danzig became Gdansk in late 1945

I would love to see a group photo of the 50 rings that you eventually decide to hang onto, Gaspare. That will be an amazing selection, I would imagine.

Something interesting. The ring on extreme right,,a green 'S'.. Got it many years ago from veteran family. Its a unit ring ,,they also had some documents to a ' Beth Heeresgbiet Mitte' anyone have a good translation as to what the unit is?? , much thanks - The family seemed to not want to talk about his service time at all and were glad to get rid of anything they had.., G.

‚Beth Heeresgebiet Mitte‘ means something like ‚Beth Army Centre‘, Gaspare. For what that’s worth. Beth might be a town or district.

Anyone looking for Italian rings that Tanker ring on left is a rare one. And, both 'Visit 'rings are there,, extreme left,,and on 2nd from right top.. The others are very good too. Attractive pricing!! and no 20%!!!

I am only offering these low here at GDC,,they would also be good for dealers as there is money to be made if thats what you want to do with them....,G.

Rückwärtiges Heeresgebiet Mitte (Army Group Centre Rear Area) was one of three military groups positioned in Russia behind the frontline, often collaborating with the SS-Einsatzgruppen. There were Nord, Mitte and Süd groups. Their 'official' function was to provide security behind the fighting troops. In reality, they oversaw widespread brutality, terror and mass murder. Nasty!

Good old Wikipedia. I can't find the significance of 'Beth' though. I wonder if it's a place, or perhaps an abbreviation?

Here's a few more I found.. A couple on hold for the WW ring book man! The WW with red line - is a WHW piece!. A pressed spiral crimped to a band,,marked to WHW etc. to back.. Ring with blue line,,a bit hard to tell but in very good condition, there are others also in very good condition and rare patterns.

These are pre World War II. Socialist and Communist organizational pieces supposedly made in Germany..

There are adverts that show such pieces pre war. Probably only for a very short time!

Some bracelets... The first goes with a Spanish civil war grouping I picked up last year. did some research. Very interesting.

2nd one is broken. An easy fix but I leave them as I get them.. and 3rd a kind of plainish WW..........

2 more.. These have been on before... Each link was also a ring. I have all but the airplane and the helmeted soldier & eagle... I've seen one years ago but never again. And,,never have seen the plane as a ring.. Maybe never made[?] , Someone have it in their collection[?]

Last cufflinks from the hoard Odal and I turned up.... Had many collectors at the time tell me they would never made them as party pins... Well,, It took a period advert of them to them to be believers!

I still find this ad amazing. It is pre 33 and shows the cufflinks and anti-fascist pieces on the same ad!!
