I like the Knife. What I'd expect to see from a 1939 Eickhorn. I think the scabbard and chain look good too, but wait on others who know more.

The dagger itself looks period to me. What I don’t like on the chain is the proofmark. The word “Korpsführung” shoukd have an umlaut over the first U.
What this one has appears to be an attempt to elongate the U to simulate the umlaut. Chain looks quality but without the umlaut, I’d be skeptical of it.

And the slots where the connecting rings are on the chain do not look to have the done shape. They look squared off to me.
