I am not an expert on these prussian items BUT the rzm mark and nazi eagle on the back look fake to me. The Prussian police would not have come under the control of the rzm. Perhaps a gorget collector can comment further.

That style gorget would be for the SA-Feldjäger Corps. However, I believe the one shown above is a reproduction.

I agree, a reproduction.

Cotoroanta,

Once again, you post fake crap. You find your collectibles elsewhere is my advice.

Or are you making these items yourself ?

Not really a reproduction of an FJK Ringkragen, but a total fake. The FJK gorgets used the gothic letter A for Abteilung and some fools took it to be an R. Thus you have garbage like the one shown. And they have been around for a half century. An old fraud named de Graaf was producing them in the '70s as shown with these two together. And others joined the circus and produced another with chain variation.

This is the real deal. An authentic FJK gorget, that was later used by the Mot. Strassenpolizei and their successor, the Mot. Gendarmerie, until replaced with the Mot.Gendarmerie cuff title.
