I don't think that symbol is a 'J'. It's something else, possibly Satanism-related.

you hit the point !
Seller is reporting this ring was found along with 2 photo albums all belonged to a Vet fighting in Norwegen along with a FLAK unit.......... I suppose belonging to 14 ° FLAK Brigade, but seller was not able to confirm it.
So nothing to do with satanism, but a rare WWII ring made for unknown FLAK unit
