Are you referring to the Zivilabzeichen or the Fordernde Mitglieder der ss?

I'm not sure of the difference. The one I'm referring to is about the size of a quarter,Round and has the white SS ruins with the black back ground. It is not a stick pin. I hope this helps? Thanks.

I suspect that as you mention white SS runes & an RZM mark that you mean the badge below. If so I'm afraid that these are fantasy pieces & never existed in this form during the period...
As a side note, SS badges & pins were never RZM marked as they were not covered by the RZM regulations.
