Hello wschmidt, you do show us an obviously period III Reich Red Cross hewer. There are two manufacturers, KLAAS and PDLüneschlos. The one with the screws on the scabbard fittings are the KLAAS ones (as far as I remember), the other firm has pressed in place fittings. A plus is that the pot metal grip fitting is ok and the scabbard laquer is about 90-95%, a minus is the relatively bad condition of the blade (don´t do anything beside oil or renessance wax on the blade!), overall it is still in collectable condition. Now what you need is the proper shoe/hanger. Regards,
