Hi members I have an opportunity to purchase a great photo from Ebay.com but after accepting my offer the seller states they will NOT ship out of the USA. Is anyone willing to supply me a US address and then ship the photo directly to me in Toronto? Well, that's EBAY. Way too many rules.
You sell your item, you can only except pay electronically with 99% of the sellers. No one takes Postal Money Orders any more.
And most only ship to USA.

The thing with Ebay now is you have to pay with some kind of credit card that you must list on your profile.
Sellers will not send a item to a address other than the one on the credit card.
Ryan, I think you would have to find someone in the US with a Ebay account to purchase the photo, then sent it to you after they get it.
I have purchased over 260 items off Ebay, but only a few since they merged with PayPal, and that's over now, but the rules are just as f##ked up as with.
I only buy from sellers that will except a US Postal money order, If they do not, I go elsewhere.
This is all due to the nations move to NO Cash, credit card only, or some kind of crypto payment.
Life was much better before we let are kids take over .
