Kindly requesting your assistance in finding the answer regarding if all original M35 Helmets, if having a decal, was the decal always centered perfectly under the ventilation hole, or were some originals also found to not be centered?

Not an M35 or decal SME
In general decals are centered (Heer Kriegsmarine ), however some (Luftwaffe ) are also slightly fore or aft,

I have a M35 DD Police not centered as well. It's not unheard of.
