Well... it just so happens that I can help you out on what the two unknown uniforms laying on the table are. The one with carmine piping is an identified Prison Official (Strafanstalts-Oberwachtmeister). Here are a couple of photos of it as it now resides in my collection.

The second similar tunic with green piping is a Justiz tunic. Here is a similar one.

The shooting pictures come from a wartime Justizverwaltung shooting manual. A rather scarce item in and of itself.

Thanks PVON. There are no stamps inside, but there is a very feminine-looking patch with initials 'OL' in the inside pocket. Maybe his mum put them on for him!
