Hi Guys,
I am new here and thought I might share with you my badge collection so far. I have been seriously collecting for about 3 years and when finances are available. My main interest in War badges although I have the odd award document and portrait pictures of german service men wearing their awards. Pics are not great but better than nothing.
First are my Luftwaffe badge

Phil

Thanks Ian and Fritzii. I have already posted a thread concerning my Heer Flak badge which I am suspect about. So far one fellow has given it the thumbs down which is fair enough but I would like to know why. I am saving for a bandenkampfabzeichen at the moment and have learnt a lot from previous threads concerning the pitfalls of buying one. Thanks again.

Hello Phil,
Nice collection. Very good, you have a target and you 'll have it; the Bandenkampfabzeichen. Take your time to get it.
Cheers,
Benten

Hi Phil,

Welcome to the forum. Can't comment on your badges as it not my area, I'm political. However they look nice.

Cheers
Don

Thanks guys one and all.
I will check those sites out Joe...always good to have sites for comparisons. Gaspare, I will do that scan of the tank destruction strip but as I said I have a very old system and it will not be anywhere near as good as some of the pics I have seen posted on this forum. I will say however that I bought that item from Detlev Niemann and it come with his certificate of authenticity so I have no reason to doubt its originality.
