From the pictures, this RLB looks ok to me. The one thing that jumps out at me, condition wise, is the strange pattern on the wooden grip. It looks as if the original finish has been removed, maybe with paint thinner?

I am not so sure about the blade. The TM looks a little too far down the blade and the polish looks off. These usually have just an H tang mark and this one appears blurred (could be the photos). As to the grip and fittings, they appear OK.
