Collectors
There are just too many "kinks" to doing an EBook and I have CANCELLED ALL activity for the Volume as an EBOOK.
My Guru is taking that portion of the website down.
Thank all of you for your patience. No one is more dissappointed than I am.
Pre-orders for the Addendum will begin in about three weeks. The printer is hard at work.
