Good afternoon! I got my hands on such a sample of an SS dagger....Colleagues, what red flags are visible here? The scabbard is repainted, the screws of the scabbard are not original.

The grip appears to be a poor copy of the one shown in the book. The rest ?
- A jeweler engraved dagger and scabbard that was very well done but when ... ?
- A scabbard with a paint job and bad screws
- A roached out blade but not grip or fittings ?
