Here is another skull ring. I believe this is the skull design favoured by the panzer guys. The silver mark is faint but I think it is 835. I'm pretty confident that this one is good. Hope you agree.

I agree , [and thats a dangerous copy].. A desired pattern ring, but a authentic is hard to find...
These copies pop up on German eBay a lot. The seller is pretty slick. They will sell one,,wait a month,,then offer another.. Be careful out there!

Thanks both. Another one bites the dust! What makes you so sure it's a copy? I have had it for a long time and I didn't buy it on eBay, where the fake rings are very obvious fakes.

a real ring can turn up anywhere!...
There are certain details missing. And,,on a nice silver ring,,always the polished inner band!

If I'm not mistaken the original pattern is a two-piece ring. The band, and the skull with flowers soldered to it.
This ring shows us that it's one-piece that's casted. Also the inside of the skull and flowers should be hollow ( if I can remember it right ).

M. , This pattern is correct. Usually a one piece press... There are some hollow skull rings,,,a soldered on edelweiss flower I don't think I've seen but I'll check some of mine..
Anyone have one please post...
