Wanted to share this rare US navy divers knive!
Made by Imperial Co
less than 1200 made in 1961
My buddy TypeKing got it at a auction some time ago for $15.00 and it was sold for big money by him!
1st batch was made in 1961
info in book by M.H. Cole noted author of 4 books on US knives!
1st batch made cost the navy 99.67 which was more than a M'16 at the time!
Collectors Corner shows this as the US section has been empty of anyone for 2 yrs!
Did not want to waste my time on Dead section!

Lost it in the clouds at the moment! Will fid it!

I think you have all the information on this knife already. I could not find any more info, other than they say a second and third batch were made in the early 80's, but very very few.
I only found one offered for sale on a old knife forum for $3,500.00
A very rare knife indeed.
I'm still wanting a old Morse brass one, with original strap.
