Not a textbook Baby holster. I’ve never seen a holster like that. Doesn’t even look Japanese. Most if not all Japanese holsters will have ink stamps on reverse of flap.

Like I said thats what in came in!

Vet sometimes did that!

Its a textbook Nambu! You didn't mention that or swords!

The holster that came in pawn shop was a baby nambu hoster with no gun and sold for a lot!

Never got it!

Now nobody is posting or showing anything!

Just trying to help a dead area! Sorry!

Nothing to be sorry about. It’s a noble cause to be posting all over these boards. Sadly one person can’t save any of these boards from stagnation or lack of interest. You can initiate a conversation but you can’t initiate replies. As a moderator I don’t believe I can do much more than answer questions as they’re posted. Sure , I could post a piece from my collection everyday but that is truly not the long term answer

Some are stubborn, some are clique types, some don't care and
others hope for crash as many places for collectors to vist!

Nobody willing to speak up! Many just run away in the night! Others pretend nothing is wrong!

But I thank you for saying what I already know!

Many mods have done wonderful things over the yrs!

Others will continue the battle! Others will just laugh!

Pumping air up a dead horses! Well I hope thats not us!

ALL the forums are slow. I don't count forums where the same question is asked almost every other day! 'is this SS skull real?'. OR where answers are 'wow yes that is a newly discovered authentic variant'...

IF a person / Moderator wants to have a area succeed good photos should be shown. Not all different item shots. Stick to one specific item,,show details, teach about it IF possible... IF the Mod doesn't want to show their collection,, they can always bring back up a old topic...

Collectors find forums when they do internet searches. IF we have a topic here then he might be lead here..

It tough. Most the young guys aren't interested in WWII military anymore. They barely teach it in school now days. There will be a time when our treasured pieces aren't of interest to anyone,, and not worth a fraction of what we might have paid for them.... Enjoy the stuff while you can......
