Hi,
I have this on approval, but have a few concerns.
The pommel i dont think is aluminium, but another base metal zinc possibly, and the ring below the thinnner wide ring seems bigger than others i've observed.
The crossguard is 81mm wide, at appears to be the same metal as the pommel.
The scabbard is magnetic and a nickle type plating, (not brished) also the casting marks on the grip.
Red Flags ?

As you know, my specialty is SA/SS, but to me lots of things look just a little off.
The grip leans a little and so does the pommel ... the crossguard detail does not seem right ... and the lower scabbard detail (above) is slightly different on the left vs right.

This thread is a good reminder of the quality of Bahnschutz reproductions out there. Things on the modern pieces may be just a little off but they can fool plenty of guys.
