It's miniatural and it has 61 / 54 mm. 19 mm thickness. base has 65 / 50 mm and weight 371.8 grams

I would say both items period..[mini vice has DRGM]..
The guy being some kind of craftsman probably added the Swastika but they both look fine..
Someone doing fine work or on small items. maybe even a jeweler etc.

Jewelers tools. That exact vise is easy to find.
Similar anvils are also easy to find, but I have not found that exact one.

I agree the stuff is out there,, I have a similar vice, although not many with that cool DGRM on it...
Heres my anvil and one of the hammers. have a mini ball peen I use with it also. ... Use for jewelry and motorcycle stuff...
