Bonjour à tous
je ne collectionne pas les armes blanches, mais hier il m'a été offert deux sabres, dont celui que je soumets à l'identification des membres de ce forum. c'est un sabre d'officier, peut-on en connaitre la date de mise en service et l'arme d'affectation?

I think it is German style,,,but not WW2 era, nor German at all... Hopefully one of the more experienced members with swords can answer you better...

unfortunately there is no marking, neither on the blade, nor on the parts of the guard. and I don't have a scabbard

It looks like a child's or Kinder sword to me. Is the blade tip rounded?
