Does anybody know the maker of this dress bayonet marked with “Solinger Stahl”?

This, "Solingen Steel", marking may be a distributor or a generic stamp that is not associated with a specific maker or it might belong to a trading house.

For instance, here is an Extra-Seitengewehr KS98 with a generic "Solingen" marking on the ricasso. This one looks very much like a Pack made dress bayonet to me but the maker chose not to put their maker mark on it. This could be because it is a "second quality" not quite up to the maker's standards for some reason. Other markings were used by the Weyersberg Brothers as a trading house mark under the "Baron" name. So, my guess it a generic marking for a low price budget bayonet.

I hope this is helpful.

I've seen the mark before albeit unidentified except for the suit of armor and helmet. Always figured it to be a distributor's mark myself but never had even an inkling whose it was. Bakelite is early production style, late Weimar/early 3R most likely.
