Think I posted this before...

But this is one cool box. Could be used for rings and any type of jewelry...

A member here [maybe it was Odal] had a WW1 pickelhaube helmet as a ring box. But this one still the best for me... anyone got a real crazy / good one?, please post...........

I've posted this a long while ago too... A Westfront box for whatever , rings, cufflinks etc. These are made very simple from thin wood with tin over and a enamel type paint..

I have other WF items but I filled this years ago and so it stays..

I have seen these WF boxes with a tank, also a similar looking design to a GAB.. There were probably others...

We have a topic somewhere on the cases /boxes we store our collections in.. I couldn't find it but its here somewhere and then I'll join the 2..

So this topic showing period ring cases... Well I have a bunch of ring cases. One holds like 200 rings and is a bit falling apart....

I usually like to keep the rings together by their subject area.. SO,,,,not having a Luftwaffe case I decided to do something...

- So on eBay I find a small compact and very good quality case... Now I have a bunch of Luft rings in their original boxes,, but this is for my loose ones...

Cheap and perfect,,, its what I needed it for. [sorry for the poor / bad photo].... So I put my loose, left around Luft rings together..
This case is just perfect for me!!

Well the MAX is the end of the week so maybe I'll get more [?] ,,,but for now this serves me well:

YES,, thanks so much Joe!! Sometimes I get nothing when I try and pull a search...

Yes please guys take a look if your wondering how most of us keep our rings,,just click on Joes link above!!

My new case is perfect, small and just the right size.... Some of the ones in the link above that hold 25, 50 rings have gotten expensive [$50.+ range]. And always get a anti tarnish cloth. Nice to give them a wipe after you clean them and before they go in to the case.. Joe, thanks again...

Here's one from my files, still have it for the time,,,, Cool box!;

Called a Polish Honor ring. given out after the war. Usually has the plate engraved. This one unissued. I've done a lot of investigation on it and found nothing. The factory that made the medals and badges pre war, and postwar in Warsaw had made them and this was his last example. The father had passed away but from the son he said not many were made....

Cool big Acorn with Polish colors and crowned eagle inside.. Hopefully someone will be very happy with this:
