Hello and respect for all I want to ask about badge received from a friend unusual because on the back is only MUNCHEN 9 and not the known words for this kind of badge. Thank you in advance.

I'm not a expert on badges, by any means.
But with no rivets for the assembly, and the pin and catch, I'd say Repo.
I love that badge, but do not own one.

Well thank you for opinion but my friend send to me another photos with a hat with this badge. My friend is a master chef on cruise ships and said to me that he received like a present from an argentinian girl the hat and medal and said that his father was a refugee after the WWII and the hat until his dead wear it all the time. It's not a story, my friend give me like a present the medal and for that I don't know for sure the truth. The medal I think is bronze and not silver.

The story is, what it is, a story.
I have not seen one without rivet construction, and have not seen that pin style on that badge.

That particular badge was originally only produced in silver (page 205, Angolia "Political and Civil Awards of the 3rd Reich"). In addition, the "Munchen 9" mark is typically seen on reproductions.

Is not a very good match for known originals, pics of which are easy enough to google.
The date in particular is terrible, put on like a smudgy afterthought.

Might it still be pretty old ? Sure, repros have been made for decades.
