I talked with Tom Wittmann about this. From the description, he does does not know what it is.
More pictures would be a real help

The crossguard almost lools like a Holler but that rayskin type grip is really strange. The knot is interesting too. I don't think it's worthwhile to add to your collection though.

There has to an explanation.
The rayskin grip is well done ... much better than fakers usually bother with. The pebbling in the middle of the cross guard looks real vs a fake.
The portepee is interesting too.
Can you get more info and pictures, please. Also the asking price
