It is about 3,5cm l. X 1,5 cm h.
The name PRATT and WHITNEY is on the inside . There is also another mark on it ….
I suppose it’s American; may be ww2 ?

That's a JT8D P&W Turbojet engine first produced in 1964. Tie bars are late 1960s-1970s.
