Gents,
I have an Italian Police Sword that I picked up at SOS this year that I thought I would like to show. This is a fairly obscure Italian sword for the Fascist Police and is very similar to the Italian Colonial Sword. Does anyone know if the Officer sword knot and bullion sword hangers should have blue threads interwoven with the gold bullion or should the interwoven highlights be red?
Thanks for looking.

As a follow-up I have been informed by an Italian collector that the correct accouterments should be gold with blue highlights for this sword.
