Sorry, But I do not think so. The grip proportions look wrong, The trademark is poorly etched and there are few signs of age.

That's a reproduction i am afraid, as stated by Dave the maker mark is poorly done also the grips are too light in colour. The hanger looks to be original

Definitely a postwar RAD, sorry. I agree with Sean that the hanger might be period.
