The case and the rear of the medal above are marked "ROMA". I'd guess Italian

Italian Order of the Crown. Several for sale on the emedals site. Looks like they sell in the $800-1350 range.

yes, order of crown,,, on the lid V.E. and on award,, Victor Emanuel,,the king! , seems to be another order with it.. All very nice..

Same award. The upper version has a loop so it is worn around the neck. The lower has a pin on the back and is to be worn on a dress uniform
