Hello with respect I have this medal received as a gift from one of my friends I think is original but I don't know what kind of medal it is.Thank you in advance.

The inscription is Italian, "Always and everywhere, victory or death". The "VE" and crown is for King Victor Emmanuel. I found nothing similar in any of my references.
