I inherited this rack of German WWI era medals but am having difficulty identifying them. Numbering them from left to right 1-5, here is what I think I have been able to identify. 1 - Unknown; 2 - Kingdom of Worttemberg Merit Cross with Swords; 3 - Kingdom of Prussia Grand Cross 1870; 4 - Kingdom of Bavaria Military Merit Medal 2nd Class Silver Combatant Ribbon; 5 - Unknown.
Any help in verifying the three I think I have identified plus the two unknown is greatly appreciated. Also the possible value of these items.
Thanks.

I think I have them identified. Numbered from the left, switch the 1st and 3rd medals as they are on the wrong ribbons (the Iron Cross goes on the black/white ribbon and the Honor Cross goes on the red/blue ribbon ).
1 - Prussian Iron Cross 2nd class 2 - Wurttemberg Merit Cross with Swords 2nd class 3 - Wurttemberg Honor Cross for 21 years of service 4 - Bavarian Military Merit Cross 3rd class 5 - Austrian War Service Cross
