does anyone have these exact wings [command pilot?] in sterling silver marked on back they could show? Pin back, clutch, screw back, anything..

Gaspare,
Look up "WW2 Command Pilot Wings" and you will find many examples that vary in minor details. Some probably a lot rarer than others.

too easy Dave  ... Well I wanted to see what guys had in their collections first. Plus looking for sterling version.. I have a small collection of dies.. This was offered to me,,,but way too much money [over $1K.!] - My opinion,, this is not worth it,,well over a thousand? and not really ring related so,, guess someone else will get it . But a great set and in good condition,,,probably still able to produce wings!!
