I'm considering purchasing this dagger However, although the Solinger knight looks authentic I can't find anywhere what the stamp is below it. It appears to be an inspectors stamp. I believe the dagger is authentic but would still like to know what the other stamp is. I've scoured the web with no results. Someone out there might know about it and it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If the stamp looks like a eagle around a 5 or 6, it is the Luftwaffe acceptance stamp. A nice bonus on a Luft dagger. Ed

Guess it?s a roll of the dice. It looks like a nice dag. Could you open the link I sent?

Yes, it is an acceptance stamp.
And it is a beautiful 1st model Luftwaffe. You can't go wrong with Lakeside Trader.
