From limited research, it appears to be, yosegaki hinomaru, a good luck flag. Quite a lot of information online. More than I could absorb. You can look up images for, Hinomaru no Yosegaki. --dj--Joe Mikee, I just noticed the 1/12/22 request date.  Kind of a late reply.
