The first one looks like some kind of political leader - party court, maybe.
The second one is political leader - Reichinspektor.
Sorry I cant be more specific about the first one.

The first one appears to be for the Turk battalions.
Lt Blue - Turkestan
Lt Green - Aserbaidschan
Pink - Georgia
Golden Yellow - Armenia
Brown - Northern Caucasus
Second set are Feuerschutzpolizei NCO tabs.
Always looking for Heeres Beamte (HV) and Sonderfuhrer items. Insignias, paperwork, photo's......
