Hello
Can someone help translate and make sense of the handwriting on this card?
I tried bits and pieces through google but am unable to put it together. The cards reverse has a hand written "Salzburg 12-14 August 1921.
"Austrian attempts to unite with Germany from the founding of the republic to the referendums in Tyrol and Salzburg in 1921" is on a web page I found while searching but am unsure this is what is being referred to.
