It is not the area I'm familiar with. There are also opinions say that Ges.gesch. and RZM do not belong to together .
Was Ges. Gesch. replaced by the Nazis 1933 , in a factory number and RZM? I have no knowledge about this.

Ges. Gesch. is the German equivalent to "Patent" or "Registered". RZM was assigned by the NSDAP to show that the item was made to their specifications.

Could it be a transitional badge, when the factory number still wasn't written on the badge ? Around 1933 ?

The requirement for RZM marks on Party material took effect in December 1934. A few items contracted for by the SS were maker marked and dated "34" or "35" but most items just had the RZM in a circle. The regulations for both the RZM mark and the manufacturer's code on Party material took effect in December 1935. At a guess, I would think that badge was made between December 1934 and the end of 1935.
