Hello Dutchman, I do own exactly the same "Bussole" from my father who has been artillerie officer during IIIR. Mine only differs that the surface of the lid is smooth and there is a big white "A" on it.

There have been several in the last ratisbons auchtion and they went for 40-50EUR.
