Hi, I am getting a sword with an etched blade, but judging by the sellers photos the blade has some issues with spots and general neglect, some corrosion possibly.
Is there a special way to clean etched blades?

i would use Rennaisance Wax and prior to that, warm sudsy water, dried off and then waxed.
