Just noticed the maker mark on this SA dagger was close to the Cross guard would this have been a Rohm dagger?I just got this dagger at a military show down here in Florida. James

Yes, it was a Rohm inscription dagger.
ALL SA and SS daggers with that small trademark close to the crossguard are either Rohm or Himmler inscriptions pieces.

That is the most common Eickhorn mark for R?hm daggers: "the small double oval with serrated tail"
Eickhorn used 4 others on its R?hm dedication daggers.
