Why would you want it ? They are expensive but not really all that rare. That one was badly neglected.

It is a hunting/forestry knife, but I do not know the value of these.

The dedication is very high on the blade and the roughness across the blade makes me believe the makermark has been ground and the appropriate Roehm CE mark been applied together with the dedication

The first part of the dedication is not even centered on the blade. No way would that would have passed quality control.
