Hello to all. I know that such daggers often fake. I had a couple of copies. But this time I got a rather interesting item and I think this dirk is original. The scabbard is not leather. I think such lattune sheaths were for senior officers.By the way, inside the scabbard there are remains of an old tree.
I found a similar dagger in the auction with a good description. Link below. Read the description of the lot very interesting written.

I can not add a photo to the forum, more than 100 kb and a maximum of 5 photos on this I had to make a slide show on YouTube.

P.S link with the lot and the link to the video from YouTube: these are different dirks

If the grip of your dagger is plastic over wood then the grip is a replacement. Past that I can not say much because I am confused as to which dagger is yours. If you want you can send the photos to me at [email protected] and I will resize them.

I will try to send a photo myself.the handle is not like plastic. I think the tree inside is covered with a protective white layer.

I like it. Blade is original but shows a bit wear but everything is there. Nice collectable.
