- I collect items from Ukraine or Warsaw so I had one I got in /around 1990. Had it until just a few years ago where I found out it was one of the excellent fakes  . this is one of the most copied of the series of these train patches. Should have a nice soft fee to it. . Also if you hold a corner of it while straight it should bend, fold down from its own weight. You can always take the tiniest of snips [maybe from back] and do a burn test. It should not burn/melt in to a hard piece or chips apart. should just burn to a ash, powder..
