I am sorry for bad pictures but I would like to ask you, if this piece is period piece or copy? Handle Guard, fish pattern handle atc.

Looks good, scabbard is a repaint. Nice condition, other than a hit to the diamond and repainted scabbard

Hi Jirka,
That is a classic, Anton Wingen Jr made, later ,HJ knife, with the "knight" logo stamped on obverse side of the ricasso and the RZM code and production year on the reverse side.
It exist in a 1938 and a 1939 version.
