cannon swivels & elevates.19 1/2 inches X 8 1/2 inches...has "MEITZEN" W/"m" & PAINTED #6 ON BOTTOM...any info on this item?...TOY or Recognition model??...Thanks...Robert

My guess would be a toy. The German recognition models are referred to as Rodach models for the town in which they were produced.
