Hello Fellow collectors.I have a question for all.Were ALL C.E K.M. daggers with the blade facing down were the squirrels sitting down the same way.I'm trying to detect if some of the ones I have seen were Post war items?The logos were facing up side down with the Blade facing down.Red Flag? All info. welcome.Thanks again Dutchman.

The late period Eickhorns have the stamped inverted over the shoulder trademark and are completely legitimate. These will often have guilded zinc fittings and sometimes steel scabbards.
The post-war Eickhorns usually have an etched 35-41 style trademark.
