Any opinions on this knot is most welcome, I believe it is Justice related in some form but I'm not sure. It has a large ball size, similar to most sword knots, it is of a cloth material and 45cm long.

I have a similar bayonet knot that came on a fireman's bayonet and a Mine Official's Sword. The veteran tells me he got them from a German family who's owner was a Fire Control official in the coal mine fire control service

Ron,
I remember that Mine Rescue knot, I think it's the one on the WKC sawback in yours & Gary Walker's book "Clamshells". Pretty sure it had a long stem but the picture was black & white, what was the color scheme?
Gary's knot appears to be a sword knot for a Fire Official from the state of Baden. I have an identical knot & the bulb is large, definitely for a sword.
