Hoping someone can tell me what this sword is and what period?
I think it is from Spain?
Blade is marked Toledo Spain on one side and on the other is PIC
Any help would be appreciated.

The red cross reminds me of fraternal/religiors swords - Masons, KofC, Knights of Malta, and similar.

James it is a Spanish sword and from the WW2 era. SABLE DE OFICIAL DEL EJERCITO ESPA?OL EPOCA FRANQUISTA REGLAMENTO DE UNIFORMIDAD DE 1943 which translates to OFFICIAL SABER OF THE SPANISH ARMY EPOCA FRANCHISE UNIFORMITY REGULATIONS OF 1943.
